Collaborative Design Session: Creating a “Plan C” For Community Leaders

As a community leader, you’re in the middle of one of the most extraordinary times in your career.

On the one hand, you are struggling through the pandemic and dealing with the related physical and mental health impacts for you and your loved ones while also trying to show up for and nurture your community. On the other hand, these awful circumstances offer an unprecedented opportunity for community development, as nearly every human interaction is through digital community and collaboration tools.

How do we process all of this personally? Professionally?
How do we reorient ourselves to where we are on the map while also understanding how the landscape has changed?
And, most importantly, how do we prepare ourselves to lead our communities through a post COVID recovery?

On April 15th

join Bill Johnston, founder of community innovation firm Structure3C, for an interactive working session to develop your “Plan C” - your pandemic recovery plan for your community.  The workshop will help you process what we’ve been through, evaluate your current circumstances, and create a recovery and growth plan for your community.

The exercises will be based primarily in MURAL (I LOVE this tool), and you will receive a template to conduct this exercise with your own community stakeholders.

Please note:

  • This session is gratis;

  • Participation is limited to the first 25 registrants, and only complete and accurate registrations will be approved;

  • This session is intended for community leaders working as part of a larger organization. Agencies and independent consultants are kindly asked not to register.
